I can't get my music to transfer from my iphone to my macbook pro?
I don't know what to do. Who can help me?

The music sync is one way - computer to iphone.
The exception is itunes purchases. Authorize/sign into your account on your computer, do not sync, click File>Transfer Purchases.
Besides what mentioned above, I like to share you a page about how to transfer iPhone to pc or mac, which included transferring iphone contents to macbook.

You can import your music by using iPhone browser, but im not sure you'll be able to use the said software if your iphone is not jailbroken.
