For those who have a CDMA iPhone 4S, and they are currently unlocked by using a GEVEY Ultra S then you'll need to take heed into a warning posted out to you by ApplenBerry a little while ago.
ApplenBerry's team today have mentioned that if you are intending on upgrading your CDMA iPhone 4S on the latest iOS 5.1.1 firmware to consider the advantage of the Absinthe 2.0.1 Untethered 5.1.1 Jailbreak that has been launched today — not to at the moment.
The thing is, ApplenBerry have mentioned that they're currently testing the newest Jailbreak 5.1.1 to make sure it still works with their GEVEY Ultra S SIM card. When it is figured that the Absinthe 2.0.1 Jailbreak, and GEVEY Ultra S SIM card conflict — then you'll be stuck, without a solution to get connected to your unofficial carrier.
While you may choose to Jailbreak Untethered your CDMA iPhone 4S running the iOS 5.1.1 firmware today, it is best that you wait for official confirmation from ApplenBerry
