this file not active cydia. can upload again with cydia 4.2.1 or 4.2

u have to copy this after flash the phone and ssh into this phone

copy this after media cydia \autoinstall\cydia update.deb

if this is not available in the package then this will not solve the issue of cydia not running

i m not able to share the same link as i have in PC coz i have download that file from some paid torrent server so i can't share it u may able to use any of the 4.1 custom or 4.2.1

4.1 custom is better coz after that u use the redsnow to jailbreak
4.2.1 custom need some more work out as i told u to do

search for some torrent that is unpaid and free try at your own risk
