Your iphone it's bricket, need to replace modem baseband chip.

if the given serial number is correct than its safe to flash the baseband and which you have already done so. So not to worry your phone is not bricked yet. Just try using a custom ipsw and restore it with itunes using custom ipsw.

Create one using redsnow or snowbreeze.
