Cydia Not Working - GSM-Forum

hi i have a jailbroken iphone 4 on 5.0.1 i had the semi-tethered patch when it came out when corona came out i updated to that but now some times when i reboot my phone cydia or cydia apps dont work i have tryed uninstalling corone and installing it again and it works for 1 reboot but after that does not work again i have to boot trough redsnow pls help

Well You Better install new firmware and jailbreak with redsn0w this will guarantee 100% untethered

Cydia is working, ultrasnow is not working. someone know how to unlock a 3g with other tool in Cydia??

the cydia on the semi tether use the new type of caches ie they make the bootloader to boot phone by the original kernal cache but when u want a unsigned boot then we make the bootloader crash and thus get the cydia.

so semither changes the cache and when u install the corona and uninstall the semi then the cache does not clears so there the phone boot in signed mode and the unsigned app likes cydia ,semi ,ultras does not work ..

so recommendations

use iwipe cache from cydia have fun.

or flash your phone have fun too.
