Error 0xE8000004 when trying activate iPhone 4 after Restoring 7.1.2 - GSM-Forum

I restore my iPhone 4 ( GSM , 32GB ) from iTunes and when trying to activate it, I get the message Error 0xE80000004
How i can fix it

Well! I think we four or 3 people who have this problem, I think should use an older Version of iTunes or using a Macintosh system. so my friends don't waste your time with hardware problems... we have something in Commun and is we have the problem of "No Wifi" and "0XE800004" so I will try some of my sollutions.
same probelm here for other people...

yes me too i had same problem i think you try active your iphone with other sim country maybe you sloved problem

upgrade to ios 7.2.1. Error 0xE8000004 on iTunes.

Symptoms: No Wifi worked

I had the same Problem but i solve the through ifait .Download the SSH blobs from cydia
then Restore the iphone in Latest Redsnow after that in Activition no need for WIFI and will Active Easy then go to Itune and Update your iphone with the latest IOS 7.1.2 will work fine
Tested 10000 % worked !!

yes i notice when try to activate iphone 4g he dont ask me for
wifi direct show conect to itune,,,,,,,
