error 2005 when trying to restore

chek the hosts file.............

pls what should i do with the host file can you show me

Brother, Change cable and try to another computer

brother dont change cable or pc if your updating to 5.0.1 create cfw and restore it via latest itunes :)

can u pls explain cfw and how do i do it sir

cfw i thing is custom firmware short name if i am not wrong

Restore time coming problems error 2003, 2006, 2005 etc. must be cable..........................

-i having problem when installing custom 5.0 or 5.01 firmware.. the phone is running on 4.2.1 with GEVEY without problem, just want to upgrade to 5.01. so i create a custom to install

-i have try use new original cable, compatible cable, new cable, old cable, but not luck..

-try a totally new PC.. no luck

-uninstall itunes and all related, reboot .. no luck

-change host file no luck

any other suggestion!!!.. pls help...
