how to solve this prolem

Your ip4 have been changed BB CPU to Xgold 8824 and flash + Clone imei for unlock.

To restore you need some steps:

1- Remove L2_RF then restore

2- When finish (Reboot for the first start) You must remove USB cable + Battery immediately.

3- Re assemble L2_RF and battery, and start to power it on.

OK, but in almost cases, it'll need Icloud active, though... you didnt on find my iphone before. Because, your imei have been cloned, and same lots of others ip4 Turning ON Lots of Icloud ID.

PS/ If you' too slow (Don't remove cable and battery in time) => Your phone will No All, and you must repeat all steps i told above!

now the iphone is saying "Replacement Need" This iPhone is not able the activation process and needs to be replaced please visit your nearest Apple Store or Authorized service provider for more information.

is there any chance to recover it?

Try to edit host file.Just Remove all text from the file,and save it.AFter that try again update with DFU mode.
