Just put your iphone in Recovey Or dfu mode and Restore with Itunes, passcode will be removed, all data will be lost too.

there is 100000% solution for iphone 4 disabled or lost lock code
use gecko with win7 and java 6

remember this process will work only for win7 with NET Framework 4
1- remove any java from your computer
2- install java 6 and be sure its version 6 because gecko will not run
3- download and install gecko iphone toolkit from here

4- if gecko automatically run after installation then close it
5- go to Users\your user \AppData\Local\Temp\Gecko_iPhone_Toolkit.exe
6-but your device into dfu mode and from gecko select Bypass iphone disabled
7- select your device model from the list window and click Bypass
8- wait for the progress bar to be shown on the device screen then close the java window
9- a cmd window will appear on computer with yes or no options
select n + enter and wait for the reboot
now your iphone is asking for the lock code again

if you have the code you can just enter it to your iphone and if you don't have it
follow the below instructions

1- put your device into dfu mode
2- run Gecko from this directory Users\your user \AppData\Local\Temp\Gecko_iPhone_Toolkit.exe
3-select Read lockscreen password and select iphone model from the list
and click boot the you have to select the 5.0.1 IPSW for iphone 4
and click next
4- wait for the big OK to appear on the iphone screen then close redsn0w and click launch
5- wait 10-20 min until you see the code in gecko software

note that this will work only if the iphone is locked with simple code ( 4 digits )
and will not worke will the complicated codes

believe me i do this 3 or 4 times in every single day and it working

if faced any problem with the above steps just tell me and will help you

Gecko tool kit is required core 2 duo 2.0 processor and 2Gb Ram
and if u run gecko tool kit then upgrade ur system...
