now fring not working in dubai on iphone also.(*before i use with some ip address).

HELP......

Think UAE blocks them, they do the same for many internet sites.

To bust Etisalat you need
1- Hotspot Shield (Search Google, its free)
2- A Wi-Fi Card in USB or PCI .

Install Hotspot Shield, and use any SIP service on PC...If you want to use it on Mobile, make a ad-hoc connection between your PC and Mobile.

Hotspot Shield is a free VPN service and gives you free US IP as well.
