itunes to iphone4 error 0xE8000012,or can I fetch shsh manually ?

-when I connect iphone 4 ios 5.1.1 to itunes it says: itunes can't connect and error 0xE8000012 appear
-I don't have 5.1.1 shsh blobs,I used redsn0w to fetch them but no result;I get success message but when I grab them using latest tinyumbrella only 6.0.1 appears
-I can explore filesystem via ssh ramdisk method, if some files need to be edited.
-Can I extract shsh blobs from phone manually ? like I said I can access to filesystem
-latest redsn0w didn't work,iFaith doesn't support 5.1.1

/var/root/library/lockdown

folder from iphone, reboot and plug back into iTunes

SHSH should already be on Cydia for that phone.. as long as option to query is set to Cydia, (not Apple) in tinyumbrella settings it should show up as saved.. if isn't saved already redsn0w can fetch blobs already flashed on device.. if you want to fetch yourself manually without redsnow need to compile this

but to fix cydia problem without restore Install this bundle with redsn0w, connect to wifi, SSH in and run following command

apt-get remove cydia && apt-get install cydia

I am interested to manually fetch shsh but I really didn't understand that COMPILE part,I need some step by step guide or maybe some wiki to learn more about it
I don't want to wast your time,but when you're free plz provide me a link...
by the way the phone has no shsh saved on cydia

One last question,I use programmable silver card, to write desired IMSI for iphone activation purpose (using SIM-EMU)
lately iphones upgraded to ios 6.x say insert sim, is there a special imsi or... to activate them ?

ok I used x-sim ,entered imsi 7 digits,wait a moment ,connect to itunes ..done!

I tryed the ssh bundle but didn't work,redsn0w installed the bundle succesfully but phone can't connect via ssh client,it says openssh not installed
I realised that deb file is still in Cydia/autoinstall folder which means it wasn't installed !
Is there a way to install openssh in this case ?
