after I update my iPhone 4S into 8.1.2 my phone says when I try to activate
plz give a contribution solution to my problem

Your phone is locked or before update what was phone version bcoz if previous version was 4.0 than it was jailbreak unlocked and modem firmware was old and after update to latest version modem firmware version was updated that could be reason your phone is back to locked status.

4s has never had 4.x.x firmware, it started with 5.0.
To TS, you should order full report about your phone and you'll see the original carrier of your phone .
