iClarified - Jailbreak Wizard for iPhone, iPod, AppleTV read careful do this method.

Can jailbreak and unlock easy using redsn0w-win_094.zip software ask about firmware and you must put 3.12 version. and after have jailbreak and unlock in few min. also need 2 files bl39.bin and bl46.bin put as bootloaders when software ask.
