VF is CDMA network? Jailbreak if iOS is <7.1. evasi0n iOS 7.x Jailbreak - official website of the evad3rs Open cydia, search for iFile, go back to Manage at bottom in Cydia, click Sources, edit add apt.chinasnow.net. Install commcenter from that source. Open iFile, go to /var/mobile/library/Default.bundle, go to carrier.plist, Property list viewer, and turn SupportsSupplementaryServ to ON. Restart iPhone.
