How Can I make Custom Firmware of Iphone 3GS?

Can any body please explain how can I make custom firmware of Iphone 3GS Version 4.3.2 with 06.15 base band?Please tell me any body.I really want this.Thank you.

sn0wbreeze v2.5 download from here

Step 1: Download and extract Sn0wbreeze-v2.6.zip preferably on your desktop (Windows Vista or Windows7 users must start the application in Administrator mode. To do so, right click mouse button on the icon and selecting “Run as administrator”

Step 2: Connect your iPhone or iPod Touch to your PC via USB.
Step 3: Click “Browse” button and select iOS 4.3.2 firmware which you downloaded earlier, you can also drag and drop .IPSW file on the given area.

Step 4: Sn0wbreeze will automatically verify the .ipsw file and the device which is required to be jailbroken. Sn0wbreeze will check the firmware if it is correct. Once the 4.3.2 IPSW is verified, click the blue arrow button to continue.


Step 5: Sn0wbreeze will give you option to select either “Simple Mode”, “Expert Mode” or “Baseband Preservation Mode” . Select ‘Expert Mode’ which will allow you to add multi-touch gestures on your device.
Or you can just go for simple mode if you don’t want to enable multi touch gestures.
Step 6 : If you have an iPhone 4 (factory unlocked) or you are on an officially supported carrier like AT&T, DO NOT select “Activate the iPhone”. Make sure the option is unchecked. But if you rely on unlock make sure to check that option.

Step 7: Click ‘Build IPSW’. Since building custom firmware may take some time, you can optionally play Pac-Man game to kill some time.

Step 8: After completion press ‘OK’ button to follow the onscreen instructions to put your device into restorable state.

Step 9: You will then be prompted to connect your device and click start when you are ready. Please turn off your iPhone 4 or any other iOS device. Put the device in DFU mode. Follow on-screen instructions.
To enter DFU mode:

• Hold Power and Home buttons for 10 seconds
• Now release the Power button but continue holding the Home button for 10 more seconds
• You device should now be in DFU mode

If you have followed the steps correctly, you will get the following message from Snw0breeze
Restore iOS 4.3.2 Custom Firmware Using iTunes
Step 10: Start iTunes, click on your iOS device icon from the sidebar in iTunes. Now press and hold Left “Shift” button on the keyboard and then click on “Restore” (Not “Update” or “Check for Update”) button in iTunes and then release this button.

Select the pre-jailbroken custom IPSW that was created (must be on your desktop) and click the Choose button.
Now relax and wait iTunes will do the rest for you. iPhone will restart on completion of firmware installation.
Error 3194 Fix:
If you get error 3194 during restoration process, follow the steps below:

• Close down any TinyUmbrella’s.
• Remove Cydia’s SHSH caching server from your hosts
• (C:\WINDOWS\system32\driver\etc\hosts)
• Reboot.

Thank you for your nice reply.I have a small doubt that is i have a Iphone 3GS it was unlocked with update baseband to 06.15 and that version is 4.2.1.Customer was connected to Itunes and he was done restore and it was stopped with half process with some error message.In this condition it was came.Now i will try to update with Itunes with latest version 4.3.2 but it was getting error in ending process.If I make custom firmware and flashed with that custom firmware is that problem solved?Sorry for my bad english.Thank you.

I was created Custom firmware successfully and flashed with that file by itunes but in last just one bit before success it was came Error 1013 message come and my itunes get restarted and it was going to recovery mode.I was try to restore by deleting the host file a editing that file also.But problem occurs same.Now how Can i flash this handset?Please tell me any body.Thank you.
