Hello , i'm trying to use 4.1 sw first then to unlock flashing baseband , but always show me error 20.

Does anyone have any idea how to unlock this iphone 3GS on sw 5.0.1?

first check if your iphone safe to flash baseband or no, if its safe then jailbreak with last version of redsn0w and check update baseband to ipad baseband then install ultrasn0w from cydia

update your iphone to 5.0.1 and download latest version of redsnow 0.9.10b5 install cydia and update ipad baseband.after that open cydia and run repo666.ultrasn0w.com once its done then goto search and install ultrasnow.after that restart your phone and its done..101 percent works

Is your question for sw 4.1 or 5.01 ?

To know if your Baseband is safe to flash, use this:

Yes it possible .you can restore with 5.0.1 or restore with 4.1 custom firmware .

Are you trying to make it sim free to use any sim card?
