There is no custom firmware for iPhone 4S yet.

If i resotre ios 5.0.1.will it update my baseband or not. I am bit confused.

for custom firmware u have to ger snobreze http://downloads.ih8sn0w.com/sn0wbreeze-v2.9.3.zip
then select your irmware and preserve baseband box

Dear, i did it before threading. But i couldn't success. Any other solution.

if u hav't factory unlocked cell then use custom firmware by using preserve baseband method and then jailbreak if u hv factoy unlocked then no need to preserve ur baseband

Snowbreeze doesn't support 4s firmware. How can i make? If i resotre firmware by itune. Will it upgrade my baseband or not?

You Right u cannot creat firmware for 4s sory for above bro only 4g support u hv to restore it via origional firmware it,tell me your phone baseband?

You can write only 5.1 firmware and update BB . ( signed by Apple ) . That's all .
No need to write more !
