no this error is HOST Address problem
make sure u deleted it SEaarch for more details

I deleted the host and changes but same problém

first of all save your shsh blob (highly recommended )using tiny umbrella
The Firmware Umbrella - TinyUmbrella
than replace your host file with this host file
hosts.rar
after that u will not get 3194 error
now if you are getting error 21 or others restore your iphone in Pwned Dfu mode

if you have save shah blobs then possible otherway You can try but result is loss of time.

use ireb rc5 clean dfu and build custom ipsw of 5.1 and restore but its tethered for the movement,i did 1 yesterday

According to Topis does any one know he have SHSH for 5.0.1?
and for 5.1 update itune and then open tiny umberella and go to advance tab and uncheck the box which say set host to cydia on exit

then open itune and restore if not fix error then edit host files
