Solution are only if you get iOS4.0 for 3GS , but on this case you cant jailbreak 4.0.
So till then you better wait some days?

jailbreak with redsnow 0.9.4

unlock with ultrasnow

You can not restore 3GS on 3.1.3 mate!

bro dont do anything just w8 for 4.0 jailbrake.

if u do somthing with spirit or redsn0w your phone go into dfu mode no solution now 100%

Yes yes mate , i have a lot of 3GS iphone , itunes was stoping getting support for 3.1.3 on 3GS

as you know you will find so many thread about this , and how to solve downgrade from 4.0 to 3.1.3 if you are saving shsh , but to me have not any success.
