How tp restore iphone 3g with MF 06.15?
 
iIhave an iphoe 3g.
phone is stuck on apple logo after the master reset.

How to restore this phone given baseband was updated.
I think i need to create a custom flash file but how to?

no need to do everything you just restore your 3g to 4.1 you got error 1015
open tinyumbrella click on exit recovery then jailbreak your iphone with redsnow.
