This is the search page that always appears when you move the SpringBoard one screen too far or click on the Home button at the wrong moment. Now you can turn that off. You need a jailbroken iOS4.x device. Just install the application 'NoSpot' from Cydia and you're done. Author is phoenix3200, thanks for programming this.
