how to unlock iphone 4 model MC319LL? - GSM-Forum

Hello,

i bought an iphone 4 in US and had it unlocked there. for some reason while synchronizing with i-tunes, i pressed update software and i guess you know what happened

.. iphone "locked" again... and i when i went to the stores here in Manila, they said that they are unable to unlock it yet... can anyone please help

Infact factory unlock also not possible for American iPhones.

thanks... so it means that it's the model that's gving more of the problem rather than the version and the firmware? if that's the case, then i will stop researching and just wait for a month then...

It's your modem firmware that is causing you the problem.

03.10.01 cannot currently be unlocked. You'll have to wait and see if anything gets released but don't hold your breath, we've been waiting since Nov 2010 and still nothing but promises and rumours.

Believe nothing until it happens.
