How to unlock and jailbreak IPhONE 3gs 4.0.2

Please if any one can help me to unlock and jailbreak my iphone 3gs v 4.0.2 modem 05.13.04 knowing that I've tried with all methods either by downgrade or by tiny umbrella but without success .

if you have shsh saved with cydia from before like 4.0.1 4.0 3.1.3 or below you can downgrade your phone and unlock it but if you dont you will need to wait
