If it has never been on 4.3.3 before then you will have no chance of upgrading to it.

If it has been on 4.3.3 before and the shsh blobs are saved, then you will need to do a custom restore using tiny umberella.

No , sorry 4.2.1 this the first time i update him
so can't re-install the 4.2.1 without any problem ???

The only options you have is to save the shsh blobs for 4.2.1 using tiny umbrella or ifaith (which will allow you to restore to 4.2.1 or update to latest 5.0.1
