i've re-install custom firmware many time to my iphone4 but after running Successful GP it goes to Activation screen then i run Redsn0w to install CYDIA but it stuck on APPLE logo and after sometime shows a circle in APPLE LOGO i tried to restore with CUSTOM firmware many time but same problem. i don't understand what is the problem with it.

Dear Frst You install a fresh original frmwhere 4.2.1 then install cydia using red snow...after that process iphone hang on aple logo..thats no problem then u cunect GP and do jailbreaking process this working for me 2 mobil iphone4g

but i want to preserve the baseband because my iphone 4 is not factory unlocked, i must restore it with CUSTOM firmware to achieve this.
