Its HW Prob With Sim Or Without Mean U Iphone Feal That U Insert SiM So It HardWare
But Try To JailBreak It And Unlock By RedSn0w And See No Need Activation By SiM Then Test After JB&Unlock

Jailbreak it Using redsn0w 0.9.6b6 and your problem will be solve

The custom fw which u use to restore ur phone is not activated
so just jailbreak with any of the above mentioned redsn0w

all is not working
i try to this i tell u step by step
i restore 4.2.1 update sucsuss
but prosses on apple logo not proper on
2nd i try to restore 4.1 but restore time 1015 error phone in recover mode i try to tinyumbrella exit recover mode set is restart but same problem [prosecc on apple logo ]
3rd i try to 4.2.1 cutom firmfire but restore time 1601 error
then i try to jailbrek 4.1 firmwer tick option install cyda prosses complet but after same problem prosses on apple logo i m very trouble plz what to do
