once i have troubled this problem, you can do as follows:

1 ,re-download the 3.1.2 version of ipsw file
(2) use of DFU mode completely
As follows:
1 with a USB cable to connect iPhone to the computer, then you will hear the computer is connected to the success of voice prompts.

2 Now please shut down the iPhone, then you will hear the prompt success of the computer is not connected sound.

3 Press and hold switch button and home button, until 10 seconds, release the key to open immediately, and continue to hold the home button.

4 this time, iTunes will automatically launch and prompt you to recovery mode (iPhone will always remain black state). Then you can hold down the shift key on the keyboard, click the "Restore", select the appropriate firmware for recovery.
