ipad 2 password problem

I receiv one ipad2 with password.How can I remove it

please help me

just simple restore it.......................

I not sure the ipad is factory unlock so how to proceed after restore?

like

Which version and model.....

model is 1396 ipad 2.customer bring it from uk .when on it ask for password(user code) but accept local sim card (mtn).don't know the version.So need to remove pass to full used it

i think all ipad 2 is factory unlock.. any way try to restor ing 4.3.3 good luck

I facing error error 3194 with version 4.33
I have modified hosts file but no sucess

delet host file location is
C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc in this folder there is a host file delet it after deleting try again your problem will be solved.....

just simply update with help of iTunes................

u can only restore with 5.0.1 no more option u have
just restore with 5.0.1 prob will be solved :)

bro its ipad 2 not iphone 3g or 3gs :)
