iphone 3g dead - GSM-Forum

hi i have a iphone 3g does not power on when i connect it to the pc the apple logo comes for 3-4 seconds then goes off then nothing.

if i power on manully while the phone still connected to cable the apple sign comes then goes off.

i tried another battery same problem.

Any help wolud much appreciated .

Try to connect cable while pressing home button,keep pressing it and see if it comes to recovery mode and stays there.
if it comes to recovery and detected on PC,restore it.

i have the same problem and if we try to restore it gives itune error 23.
so any other solution????????????
