Iphone 3G ended call & call failed??? - GSM-Forum

I'm trying to make an outgoing call I get the message call ended and call failed.
I have used the phone normal with turbo sim now and it happened suddently today.
before i got same problem and i solve it by turning on (show my caller ID)
I have the 2.2.1 firmware installed and Boot 5.9 turbo sim and sim card tested on other iphone 2.2.1 and working well , i try to downgrade 2.2 same problem .reset network setting also cannot solve my problem

Anyone have a solution .....

Just change your Sim Adapter (turbo sim)
