imei : unknown
iccid : unknown
wifi : not actived

please give any help

100% hadware problem

base band is crrupt by net work. may be reported missing phone by orignal carrier.

Yup same problem. iPhone 3GS 32GB. IMEI unknown. DFU restore to latest firmware exit with error.
