Iphone 3g in recovery mode + error 40 when restaure

sorry i made a mistake in my first post cause i wrote that i tryed custom 4.1.2 but i didn't .

well i have been in this situation once ....what i did just remove the bat of iphone for a minute or less,then restore and guess what it worked.give it a try

thanks friend for your suggestion i tryed but error 40 perciste i will try to remove battery and camera.

well did u try to put the phone in pwned dfu with redsn0w and use custom 4.2.1??

yes i tryed now but no way
also i tryed to restaure just with motherboard connected to connector but the same error
the phone was accepting restaure when i got it so i don't think that it's a hardware.

i also have same problem and same error result after the "waiting for iphone" it stops gives error and another thing shsh can't be backup it gives wrong eccid, i searched and all info pointed to hardware with nand ic problem but still searching for confirmation if problem really in nand ic.
