Iphone 3GS 4.2.1 error 1015???
 
I have iphone 3GS when i tried to upgrade to 4.2.1 there came an error 1015 and then iphone went in recovery mode the i tried to exit from this mode with RecBoot 1.3 and also with tiny Umbrella latest version but remained in recovery mode

I also tried with 3GS custom Restore file but there came another error 1016

brother its happend when ur phone baseband goes updated.
download custome firmware 4.2.1 by searching on gsm forum and than restore ur iphone ur problem will be solve.
i had a same prob but now did many phones by custom firmware.

What to do
Try with old version of Tinyumbrella (ver. 4.02.05). I hope you can kick it out of recovery mode
