Iphone 3gs 8GB restarting problem

Hi friends!
I have a problem with Iphone 3GS 8GB.

It is self restarting, after 1-2 minute.

When i press power on button, it is powering on, but without simcard showing "searching", there is no possibility to turn on wi-fi, (or to turn it off), no modem firmware number..
Software is 5.01
And that's it.

It is working normal for about 1-2 minute and then restart, over and over again..

Battery fully charged.

If someone can help me

Please!!!!!

I think you have broken your phone my friend. if its a new 3gs produced after a certain date (checked by serial number) the baseband chip cannot be flashed with the ipad baseband. If you used Redsn0w it would have given you a warning about flashing the baseband chip with ipad BB. If you have no wifi and no imei number in settings and then phone is stuck in continueos boot loop, you have broken phone and as far as I know there is now way to repair it
