1- instal ultrasnow fixer for 5.1.1 and reboot
2- instal ultrasnow 1.2.7 and reboot
if same restore agian and jailbreak (with instal cydia + update baseband 6.15.0)
update cydia
repeat 1- and 2- steps

Update Cydia n then search for ultrasn0w in cydia n install it if still there is no network then add source "repo.iparelhos.com" n then install UltraSn0w Fixer 5.1.1, it should work...
