you r install higher version app and your phone not support app you find ios 6 later app and install like fb whatsapp imo

U have to jailbreak ur iphone and install AppAdmin from cydia.
Once u search for an app on apple store near the download button, there is downgrade button.
Install pervious version of the app that may work on ios 7.1.2
