error 21 used to be happened because of antivirus programs,try to stop them before restore...and used to be hardware problems but rare

change battery..put dfu mood via ibr..when u update used tiny umbrella online update

if u get any error restore customfrim ware ..try this pm me...

if it still stay in recovery mode (DFU Mode) you have to looking 2 things with hardware problem

1. IC Power
2. Baseband Chip

use latest firmware also check this

c:windows/system32/drivers/etc/hosts
open it with notepad
if you see #74.208.10.249 gs.apple.com please delete it and save!
pleaee restart windows open itune restore again!
