here is some error in itune activation server.i unlocked with wifi many device
many time it show u r device is not b actiated but try again after some then device is activate
u must b try after some time hope will b fine

If you didnt make a clean restore, if is jailbroken, than can be problem during activation...

Otherwise, you can try throught wifi, no itunes, probably you did that.

worst thing can be, barred by operator, hopefully not..

Phone is not jailbroaken. Fully restore on 6.1.3 firmware. And already, 1 week i try, With wifi, give same error :(

did you make factory by your own, or you received factory unlocked already..

Cause must know which operator was locked, to know if is not barred...
First musk ask, does it shows emergency calls..if it doesnt shows HARDWARE problem..

1. Try on another PC, to activate.....Itunes on it, Correct time and date PC..
2.Check hardware any antena or smth are they properly in place..
3.Make jailbreake with redsnow 0.9.15b3, it will be tethered....or any version with SSH blobs, that can be untethered..5.0.1, 5.1.1 any other ios 6.X.
reason..
must check all the details on iphone on settings/about?
modem firware, imei, all of them..are they displayed..
