Iphone 4 upgrade to ios 7.0 - GSM-Forum

Hello i have an Iphone 4 with ios 6.1, i use gevey sim to unlock, i wanna upgrade it to ios 7.0, i check my IMEI, and he saids :

Model: IPHONE 4
Activated: Yes
Telephone Technical Support: Expired
Repairs & Service Coverage: Expired
Contract: Expired
Lock Status: Unlocked

So i can use itunes to upgrade safely, besause i don't have the original sim card.

ios 7 is not compatible with gevey iphone 4, whats the original carrier of your iphone

just factory unlock it. its very inexpensive and you wont have to worry about using gevey and updating.. just a heads up ios 7 is horrible on iphone 4, very slow you wont enjoy it a bit

dont upgrade to IOS 7 because it will Relock like mine use to unlock using gvey sim, then

i upgrade to ios7 then need to use original sim, i have One sim so i use it as original carrier then accept at itune but , LOCKED when i check it again T_T
