IPHONE 4 IMPOSSIBLE KICK OUT DFU MODE. ERROR 1600 need help - GSM-Forum

Hello, i am reparing an iphone 4 that fell into water, it was complety dead, ow, is clean and is detected by itunes, but with 1600 error.
the iphone os on dfu mode, with the black screen and detected by itunes as dfu mode.

the problem is that tinyimbrella or others programs, detect the phone in dfu mode, but can not show the device, so i can not kick it out of the dfu mode.

i want to restore it, what else can i do?

i am using the board on a perfect working chassis, so the fault is on tne board, or software.

also, i tried pushong both buttons without success
need help.

Ithink 90% The Error In Hardware In Board Not SOftware

brother maybe fault is upper side like lcd,speaker or touch becz i have also repair one iphone same probem so check upper part one by one ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

To take away that posibility, everything i said occurs on a perfect chassis and componets, the one i use to test boards.

Enter pwned dfu mode , change usb port . clean hosts file and update to latest software

i did that, impossible. continuos on dfu and error 1600 if try to restore

on itunes i receive the message error 1600 atmthe very beggining pf the restoration process. the iphone stay with black lcd

Enter pwned dfu mode using ireb or redsn0w and try again using latest update software and post result....

Are you sure the phone hasnt had the baseband upgraded ? for an unlock as thats what i get when am dealing with the issue..

not sure, i do not know version of ios an firmware, i receive it complety wet, and did not turn on, after cleaning water an so on, i test it in a functional chassis, and it just turn on on dfu mode.

i tried with redsn0w with all the firmwares except 4.3.4 and 4.3.5

Try to use ifaith, if is no changes means is a hardware problem, try to change first time plug conectors.

try one of the 2 solutions.. if they dont work then start looking at HW.

1.run tiny umbrella and click exit recovery
2.run redsn0w and do jailbreak...process will stuck last moment, don’t worry
2.run tiny umbrella again and click exit recovery
now your phone will exit from recovery mode
3.do jailbreak again and activate your phone

downgrade to 4.1 (no gsapple in the host file)
use redsnow to put iphone in the pwned dfu mode and then flash it with the original 4.1 with itunes
kick out with ireb
