iphone 4 ios7 stuck in soft dfu mode
 

i have here iphone 4 8GB,
black screen just connector to itunes you can see phone is in restore mode.
if i look with redsnow i see phone is in soft dfu mode. *(just boot doenst help)
more time restore with itunes no any error code but after restore phone still in dfu mode.
i try im umbrella and i try fix dfu and phone become first in white screen than black screen and phone show greenpoison.com....

look like customer try in ios 7 jailbreak with old greenpoison.
any one know how to fix these problem ?

I have exactly same problem after phone got water damaged. This problem is hardware related .. Need some help to fix the hardware problem .. any help please let me know guys
