After unlock procedure with SAM , work only with the sim card that was in the iphone when you setup sam. If you want to use another sim card even if is the same carrier you have to setup again .

Maybe the modemfirmware is the problem ? Have I phone 4 , vers. 5.1 modem 04.12. Not work wit Sam. Allways : sim card not aczept in I tunes. Locked 2 t-mobile austria

try search the right IMSI ...sometimes IMSI on the SAM list is not working..
SAM perfectly work on any network provider and version..
try search IMSI in the gevey update program

Do you deactivated your iphone thru sam?
After deactivated , do not forget to copy imsi from sam , before "spoof real sim to sam" . After that go back to the main SAM screen and paste the IMSI number in your clipboard.Connect your iPhone to the computer and let iTunes reactivate your phone.

"Double click "Phone Number" parameter at the main device screen and make sure that the ICCID matches that of your SIM card."
Unplug your iPhone from the computer and close iTunes.
Reopen SAMPrefs from your SpringBoard and disable it using the Enabled switch.Connect your iPhone to the computer and launch iTunes again.

You should get an error saying that your phone cannot be activated. This is normal. Just close iTunes and open it again.

Thanks for the answer, but Iam sure i do all steps corect. Have anyone tryed i phone 4 with vers. 5.1 and modem firmware 04.12 ?

i tried many times this procedure not worked t mobile germany and austria!! i unlocked friends iphone sam another country and carrier
