Iphone 4 no imei, no wifi, no iccid after restore. FIX!!! - GSM-Forum

I had this problem with three Iphone 4 16gb.This is caused by overheating. You have to disassemble the iphone, take out the motherboard and reheat the basbeband chipset. After that do a restore with a custom 4.3.3 ipsw made with sn0wbreeze.Works 100%. Tested.
