Anyone know how I can fix this?

Yes unsupported device mean :

1. Itunes new version problem.
2. 3,2 iphone ( 8gb new model ) not supported gecko_uk.

this error mean that it is iphone 4 rev 3.2. it is not supported by gecko.

that tool will only work with iphone 4, iphone 3gs, iphone 3g, ipod touch 1,2,3,4 and ipad 1.
