are you Jailbreak if does'nt Jailbreak , try restore again before restore use Redsn0w latest version select extra >Pwned DFU when finish go to itune trY to restore again

Try with Erase All, but still the same. many times restore but still the same.
After jailbreak it never show this message again, but i don't like it.
I want to solve it to stop message like this forever...

After you do with my direction when your restore finish have you set new iPhone or Restore from iPhone Backup?

Do this:
1. Enter DFU and not pwned DFU.
2. Run iTunes and restore to 5.1.1

** Make sure you choose Set up as a new iPhone!
** Do not Restore from iCloud backup!
**Do not add you Apple ID yet, so we can make sure whats your issue.
