Iphone 4 with USER CODE

Hi,
Purchased an iPhone 4 used. It has an user lock. Please how can I restore without updating the Baseband (assuming the baseband is still below 4.11) so that I can unlock with GEVEY SIM? I dont know if its jailbreak .

All this can be done even though the iPhone may not have been jailbreak before?

Thanks

Please can someone tell me how to remove USER CODE on the iPhone 4 without updating the baseband? I cant know if the phone was previously Jailbreak because I got it with USER code on. I need to be able to use GEVEY SIM to use local network.

Thanks

Make sure you put in pwnd dfu if doing custom firmware to stop 1600 error.

5.0.1 custom restore will work fine.

**Does tiny umberella 'see' the phone in its passcode state? If so click saved shsh to save the blobs of current firmware**
