Is it safe to update my Iphone 4 factory unlocked to IOS 5 beta.
can i still jailbreack it normally as well?
Also i want to know if it's giving any error or bugs the IOS 5 for now.

you can still download but wont be able to access it ! until n unless you have a developers id and all the rumors around you can activated by pressing the home button blah blah its fake anyways you can still flash the phone with os 5
