iPhone 4s Activation failed - GSM-Forum

Hi at all, i've a big problem with an iPhone 4s that i can't active after a restore (ios 5.1.1, ios 6, ios 6.0.1 it's the same thing)..
I've a gevey aio that i've programmed for o2 UK (the same settings of few other iphone) but the iphone says me that my telephone could be damaged and to contact the apple!
I've tryied with wireless activaction and with itunes, but it's the same thing!
With some settings the iphone says me that apple server is busy..
Someone know how i can active this telephone?

are you try with original sim O2 UK?

Try with original simcard O2 uk

Thank you for help..
My problem is that "maybe" sim reader isn't little damaged so i can active it only if i do fast the activation steps...
I've activated it but i've a lot of other problems, read here:
