i restore iphone 4s after restore it ask for activation when i insert sim and try to active its prom me "we are unable to complete your activition at this time"

Hello,

If it is AT&T phone, it means that its IMEI is blocked by them and you can do nothing for now.

it is orange uk and also factory unlock also done

orange or at&t but i think block on apple server
