iPhone 4S can't connect to any pw protected wireless network

Hello,

iPhone 4S, 5.1.1 JB with Absinthe.

I've installed Net Meter recently and I think that was a bad move. I've open it and I've reset all the counters. After that program asked to manually restart the phone which I did and from that moment it stopped connecting to any password protected wireless network. Also all my e-mail account stopped working - even on 3G/no-pw Wifi - it says that password is not entered and advising me to go to settings to enter it but when I do that it doesn't work. It says cannot connect. It seems to me like some problems with certificates in the phone...

So what I did so far:

1. I've uninstalled NetMeter - no luck
2. I've resetted network settings from - no luck
3. I tried to reenter my email accounts details - no luck

So I have a bit of trouble. I don't really want to restore my phone and then install all the apps, so I ask you - maybe somebody had the same-similar issue with iPhone.

Thank you for any help,
zeezoo

Doesn't work I'm afraid - no iprotect files in Library/Mobilesubstrate/Dynamiclibraries
Also last modified date in that folder is 12 July 2012, so that's not the issue :/

No files modified after 12th July 2012, so the issue is somewhere else...
No NetMeter files in there. I also tried dpkg -r netmeter but no luck.

I've installed that program via Cydia. I'm not 100% sure that the issue comes from it. Maybe different one but NetMeter looks the most suspicious in that case.

OK. Fixed. It looks like the problem was with app called Exchange Unlock. It's a program to make iOS stop asking for passcode if you have exchange account configured in e-mails - that's why e-mails didn't work also. I think NetMeter resetted some configuration files and Exchange Unlock kept old security for those files. That's why I couldn't connect with wireless... Anyway. I just uninstalled Exchange Unlock and installed again - works like a charm. Even with NetMeter installed. I won't press reset counters anymore.

Thank you for help AhmedLeO and thanks for a little sarcasm from mr. craymcc1804
